Miyako Japanese Cuisine @ Grand Dorsett Hotel Subang

Coming back for a short break from work, my friends take me on my first stop Miyako Japanese Cuisine which located at Grand Dorsett Hotel Subang. It is a restaurant which now two of my best friends are currently doing their training. We are going for a dinner celebrating our few months long lost girl gathering. Gotta catch up lots of gossip together.

The ambiance in the restaurant quite unique as the concept is fully in japanese. Even the napkin they fold is in kimoto. Overall I give 8/10. This restaurant is on buffet style. Although the restaurant is not big and grand but it gives me a warm environment which I'm fond of.

My friends introduce me to the chef. The chef know that I'm so in love with salmon sashimi, he self prepare me a plate with some decoration of it. Thanks chef for the warm welcoming.

Can anyone guess what is that in the tea pot? Is not a tea but soup added with some lemon on it. It has some mushroom and the taste is light which suitable to anyone. Rating for this 9/10. Hope to have more.

My girls favorite which we had always order. It is fresh and taste good!! Rating 9/10.
